How will housewise rent the property?

How will the deposit and monthly rental be taken care of?

The tenant will transfer the security deposit as well as monthly rental to the owner's account.

I stay abroad, how will the paperwork happen and agreements be signed?

You can sign the documents by yourself or authorize the Housewise representative to sign the agreement and other papers on your behalf.

What if If the house requires some repair, electrical or woodwork before, during, or after the tenant's stay?

No problem. Housewise has partnered with professional services. We will arrange a reasonable quotation and share with owner. If the owner approves, we will ensure completion of quality work.

What if tenant decides to leave midway through the lease?

No problem. Housewise completes the formalities of vacating the apartment and hunt for the new tenant.

What if tenant refuses to leave?

Housewise research team has spent time in creating foolproof legal framework. The contract will safeguard the interest of house owner and the tenant will never have any tenancy rights. In the worst case scenario, Housewise will take legal help to get the apartment evacuated.

What if the tenant damages the property?

  1. Housewise does inspection before the termination of lease?
  2. Housewise assess and quantify damages, if any.
  3. Housewise communicates with both tenant and house owner and advises the amount required to fix the damages.
  4. House owner transfers the deposit to tenant after deducting damages.

Currently we are hiring for following positions :

Management Associate - Customer Relations : The primary responsibility will be to generate new Customers (Owners and Tenants) through outbound Lead generation activity and managing the Customer interaction as well as relationship once he has registered in our portal. Will be the single point contact for the Customer to attend to all his requirements. Building Corporate relationship for spreading the brand amongst their employees and customers will also be part of the responsibility. The measurement of success will be new Customer acquisition, revenue generation and Customer delight.

Fresh MBA from premier Institute with up to 1 year corporate experience will be preferred. Any exposure in customer facing activity will be an advantage.

Remuneration: Will have a fixed component of Rs 2.4 L pa and liberal variable component based on result.

Work location : Pune

Management Associate - Operations : The primary responsibility will be to deliver the services to assigned customers. This may require physical verification of the property, arranging and supervision of repair and maintenance, Dealing with Building Societies and other statutory authorities, arranging visits of prospective buyers/tenants, Property inspection and hand over while tenant move in or move out. Also expected to build relationships with locally active real estate Brokers as well as Repair and Maintenance agencies for collaboration. The measurement of success will be in closing a rental/sale transaction within specified period. Will work in close collaboration with the Management Associates - Customer Relations for achieving Customer delight.

BBA or any Graduate with minimum of 2 years experience. Exposure in real estate business will be preferred. Since the role would need visit to the property often, it is expected that candidate would have his own mode of conveyance.

Remuneration will have a fixed component of Rs 1.8 L pa and liberal variable component based on result.
